Diwali spreads Happiness and Light in JMC

On October 29, 2024, JMC transformed into a venue of vibrant celebration as Diwali filled the campus with lights and decors. Preparations had started well in advance, with students eagerly taking charge, adding a personal touch to every corner. This year, the celebration held a unique charm, as the students took over the responsibilities, treating the entire JMC building like their own home.

With creativity, they crafted diyas, decorated string lights, and meticulously adorned every inch of the campus. A highlight of the day was the Rangoli competition, which began at 10 a.m., where students selected their favorite spots and poured their hearts into intricate designs of radiant colors. The doors and pathways were artistically decorated with flowers and leaves, creating an atmosphere of warmth and festivity.

As evening approached, the excitement rose within anticipation of a cultural program at 4 p.m., organized entirely by the students. The sound of laughter, music, and dance filled the courtyard, bringing everyone together in the spirit of celebration. Each student who contributed to the beautiful rangolis received a small gift of appreciation, along with heartfelt wishes for their future.

The event concluded on a sweet note, with everyone sharing sweets and capturing memories in a group photograph, leaving behind a campus resonating with their laughter and glowing in Diwali’s radiance.

Happy Diwali!
